Description:

The scholarship supports students for study towards a research doctoral degree at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury in association with the CWRI.

Value/Benefits:
a. Tuition fees for thesis enrolment only, at the Aotearoa New Zealand domestic rate.
b. The opportunity to participate in the Child Well-being Research Doctoral Support Programme.

Level of Study: Doctoral 

Closing Date: 11:59 pm (NZT) 30 June or 10 December (Applications open approximately 8 weeks before this date)

Tenure: The scholarships are tenable for the period necessary to complete up to 360 points of enrolment.

Number Available Annually: Determined annually. 

Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Full- or part-time enrolment in PhD programmes at University of Canterbury in conjunction with the Child Well-being Research Institute (CWRI). 

Citizenship/Residency Requirements: Not applicable

Special Requirements: Recipients must be undertaking doctoral research in association with CWRI.
