The scholarship supports braided river bird conservation research by supporting a student to undertake a research doctoral degree in the School of Biological Sciences at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury.

Value/Benefits: The scholarship provides financial assistance of up to $45,553 per 120 points of enrolment.

Level of Study: PhD

Tenure: Up to 360 points of enrolment.

Number Available: One

Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Full-time enrolment in PhD programmes at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury associated with the School of Biological Sciences.

Citizenship/Residency Requirements: None

Special Requirements: The recipient must be undertaking doctoral research in association with the School of Biological Sciences on braided river bird conservation.
