Award Amount

$10,000 plus, provided a suitable position is available, Lumin may offer the recipient paid employment during the summer vacation at the end of tenure.

Brief Description:

This scholarship supports undergraduate students in the Third Year of a BE (Hons) studying Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, or the second year of a Bachelor of Data Science or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury who have an interest in software development and/or using data analysis.

Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Full-time enrolment in Third Year of a BE (Hons) programme specialising in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, or the second year of a Bachelor of Data Science or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury.

Citizenship/Residency Requirements: Applicants must be Aotearoa New Zealand citizens or holders of Aotearoa New Zealand residence class visas.
