Brief Description:

The scholarship supports Pacific students to study towards a research doctoral degree at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury.

Value/Benefits: Financial assistance to help with tuition fees for thesis enrolment only. A scholarship may also cover Student Service Levy, if funds permit.

Level of Study: Doctoral

Closing Date: Advertised when available

Tenure: The scholarships are tenable for the period necessary to complete up to 120 points of enrolment.

Number Available Annually: Determined annually

Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Full- or part-time enrolment in PhD programmes in Pacific Studies at the University of Canterbury.


Citizenship/Residency Requirements: Applicants must be Pacific.
