$30,000 per annum per 120 points of enrolment

Brief Description:

The purpose of this scholarship is to support organic chemistry research in students undertaking full-time PhD studies in the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury. 

Value/Benefits: $30,000 per 120 points of enrolment plus 80% of tuition fees at the domestic rate 

Level of Study: Doctoral

Closing Date: 11.59 pm (NZT) 31 October (Applications open approximately 8 weeks before this date) 

Tenure: For up to 360 points of enrolment. Refer to the "Additional Information" section for more details 

Number Available Annually: One at a time. Refer to the "Additional Information" section for more details 

Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Must be enrolled for a PhD in the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences at Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury.

Additional Information:

The Scholarships are tenable for the period necessary to complete up to 360 points of enrolment. 
The scholarship may be held by only one recipient at a time. The scholarship will be advertised when it becomes available.
