a. be undergraduates of the University of Canterbury; or
b. have become eligible to graduate from the University with their first degree not more than 12 months before the closing date for applications for the current round.

1) Explain how Russia's invasion of Ukraine is destabilising peace and security around the world and how this might affect New Zealand's foreign policy.

2)
Former Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon once stated that "protecting and promoting the rights of indigenous peoples benefits us all." Explain how the protection and the promotion of the rights of Indigenous Peoples benefits us all and what kind of policies states can develop for this protection and promotion.
