Brief Description:

The purpose of this scholarship is to support undergraduate Engineering students at the University of Canterbury, who have interests and capabilities relevant to electricity generation/transmission/distribution, electrical power systems, or electricity utilisation/products/plant.

Value/Benefits: Financial assistance with the costs associated with university study, to a value of $5,000

Level of Study: Undergraduate

Closing Date: 11:59 pm (NZT) 31 March (Applications open approximately 8 weeks before this date)

Tenure: One year

Number Available Annually: At least two

Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Must be enrolled full-time in the fourth year of studies of a programme for a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BE(Hons)) degree at the University of Canterbury

Citizenship/Residency Requirements: Must be a citizen of New Zealand, or hold a New Zealand residence class visa
